The Partnership Hub is the initiative of two individuals Bernard Stanislaus & Ann-Marie Parris, who both have a experience in property and between them have over 70 years in this sector and in other businesses
Bernard Stanislaus
Bernard Stanislaus is a Property Developer and landlord with more than 30 years experience in the property business. He has acquired a vast range of experience in property development, planning, project management, rental management and finance.
His previous experience was in financial services/mortgage brokerage and estate agency.
Bernard has been able to successfully navigate the ups and downs of the property market and keeps up to date with macro-economic events.
He has used his wealth of experience to support and mentor others into the property industry.
Ann-Marie Parris
Ann-Marie Parris is the Founder of George Ellis Property Services, a no ordinary letting/estate agency. The company has never lost their roots, they started providing practical seminars to new and existing landlords, showing how it is possible to self-let and manage to a compliant standard, free of litigation using proven preventative, practical and structured solutions always offered within a legal framework. The professional accredited company grew organically to offer a letting, management, sales, tenant referencing and training to clients.
Ann-Marie is a regular speaker at various property exhibitions, conferences and events for the past 20 consecutive years and has also featured on Sky tv property channel, BBC moneybox programme and Woman & Home magazine to name a few. Within the PRS and has been called upon to host and judge many award shows. Whilst Ann-Marie has been a landlord since 1994, she still manages her own portfolio, (outside of her day job and without any rent arrears), but the road has not always been smooth.
